Too soon, too high, too fast. That said it seems cheaper than its counterparts. Anyway, its shareholding is concentrated so the Rights Issue will be successful. I expect the Rights Price at 45-ish. The offer, which involves the issuing and listing of 42.66 million additional ordinary shares, will open on Oct. 23 and close on Nov. 17, the CMA said.
