When you see you are making too much money for someone else, you opt out and make money for yourself.
Owino went out and opened his own money minting company- Companies always train others how to do business and being top employees but they never limit you being your own Mboss one day.
Audit youself at the earliest opportunity and take risks, infact you have learned to take risks by that time using someones desk, money,car and connections!
