What's the way forward I tend to believe every organisation is governed by a set of rules. Is the mother right in suing rusinga?

Every institution has rules and regulations to be followed if you can’t abide to them their other schools the child can be allowed with dreadlocks. The issue of running to the courts now and then is tiring do we have so much time and money to waste on nonsensical matters?.

...Somebody did a research on the number of Kenyan women married to foreigners and some of his findings were that majority had very little education or no education at all and were once twilight girls who were picked at K street and made wives.
He also found that many of those foreigners were either pensioners, drug addicts, etc...

The school might respond with more formal requirements, dotting the all i's and crossing all the t's.

Now even things that might have been let off lightly might now be scrutinised thoroughly, spoiling for everybody else.

Some things should just be let go instead of making a fuss over them.
