Shareholder are rallying for CIC shares of late, is it because its the cheapest insurance counter?

It has been hovering between 8.20 and 8.50ksh, no spectacular changes that I have seen for last 1 month.

what do you think when you hear of a new ceo?,expansion plans in the pipeline,south sudan and malawi,corporate bond in the offing..all these are what investors like smelling and i am telling you..watch this space..its a buy for me and its really undervalued at that price..

Its not the cheapest though.

the cheapest insurance counter currently is kenya re on pe basis (pe of 4) against cic pe of 12
