Apparently this guy is a bit of an urban legend.... I first heard of him in 2010 or there about and he has been linked with reduction of crimes in different parts of this city. From Gachie, Ruaka and now Kahawa. So the long arm of the law has caught up with him and his extra judicial killings... perhaps this is the avenger most people needed. By the way from all stories I have heard since the first time I heard about him - he always warns these criminals.... they refuse to heed... they "kula supper mbinguni" the next day...
