Its hard to sell as demand is low with a very high supply as everyone is selling to rake in the highest price/profit. Most of demand can be created by institutional buyers who want to buy large chunks if they well know the share/stock has a good future. They May wait for 2-3 weeks before buying and only buy at the lowest downward price.
Remember those who want to sell press the sell button while demand is low bringing down the price and your broker cannot sell at the price you asked him to sell at.
