Wazuans have jokes! smile

Both are OK. Depends on what your wife prefers.

You need an expert MCH/FP nurse to do both though. An implant (Jadelle) done badly will be uncomfortable to her (can be felt at the upper arm). An IUD placed wrongly can be displaced (causing pregnancy). So as a man always feel for the strings that hang out of the cervix during landing (Ehhh you have to have a pinetree of adequate length to feel them smile. Or use a finger.)

Some IUDs and all implants are hormonal, so consider the effects of hormones on her (if she has conditions such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, allergy to hormones, she smokes, migraine headaches etc then she cannot use hormonal contraceptives).

There must be an FP clinic near you that does FP counselling for couples.

You could also try vasectomy. smile

Thanks @Bykhovets.We have an appointment with her Gyna this week.Hio ya vasectomy hapana. You never know smile

@Wamunyota, share the decision its pros and cons mukimaliziwa na huyo Gyna.

@Bigchick watu wamekula P2 so the visitors are not consistent.Hio ya Swenani inaleta tension.

Despite its convenience, p2 should never be used as a regular contraception method. We typically always advice against using it more than twice in the same cycle. Consistent use exposes one to various side effects, most common being irregular cycles, dysmenorrhea (painful parliamentary sessions) and menorrhagia (heavier than normal sessions). Hako kadawa kamesumbua watu wengi sana, just reserve it for emergencies as was intended.

1. Best: safe Days as @BigChick says. This is the best. Even if things slip, having another child won't kill you. We discussed this in the boy or girl thread last year as shown below
2. Better: Non-hormonal methods is next best
3. Good: Hormonal e.g. IUD or implants whichever is good for the body

NEVER, EVER use P2 as a regular method. It should only be used for it is designed for: emergency. Otherwise, you risk other future complications with your wife Shame on you

ALSO, I ADVISE AGAINST tubal ligation and vasectomy Shame on you

Withdrawal method!!!!

Angelica uko wapi?

Spitting nyamchom immediately at the beginning of the swallowing process?

Sad Sad Sad

This is not practical.Once you take the nyamchom the juice could be too sweet to spit.It is what is recommended in the catholic church but its unrealistic.

Its very possible and realistic expecially if you are landing one of those ladies who like proteins supplement by being MC's. You just spit the Nyamchom in their mouth and its more pleasure than swallowing

I am not talking about Mpango wa Kandos or landing on any airport.I am referring to Husband and Wife.I know the majority of wazuans are married and have families.Which FP methods do wazuans use?

i use withdrawal. its yet to fail me
