Day 8 of 24 premiers sometime between 15th and 17 January 2010. Would anybody know which Television Station will be airing this show or do we have to wait until pirated versions land here?

Probably might air on KTN end of the year or beginning of 2011...

You can also download as masukuma suggests

As for me I prefer waiting for the season to end then get the whole DVD and watch in one or two days...

ayii i don't foresee ktn airing it anytime sooner may be after 2012...

if in 2009 they were still airing season 4, supposing they air all of them when will they get to air season 8??

@kamaa, masukuma - how do u deactivate a 3rd party nero patent activation requirement for a you tube video download? No safe way from the web as far as i could tell

I don't know anything about how to torrent, maybe masukuma can help you with that...or talk to any campus guy after 17th, they usually get them somehow episode by episode e.g. in JKUAT they have networked their computers so when one gets all with comps get. This means you will be getting an episode a week as it shows...with all the suspense... and having to look for/download episodes one by one

As for me like I said I wait for the whole DVD to come out and watch for one or two days...this is cheaper and I don't have to wait with suspense for too long...

KTN finished season 6 in 09 and even showed the whole season on 31st Dec, they have really tried to be "up to date" with 24 unlike other seasons...I suppose they should be starting season 7 sometime this year...then season 8 early next year...

By the way a friend told me he received email from local ISP notifying him of potential suit to be filed against him by some international lawyers for using this Torrent software to download copyrighted music. It can be an egg-shell issue.

I got LOST season 5, and im sure 24 wil get it a few hrs after release. Kwani u dont knw the mother of all pirates? I have watched most of the recent releases right at home!

@aemathenge Step 1. google utorrent... which is a very small app. download it.
Step 2. Go to Pirate Bay or Isohunt or whichever torrent search engine and download torrent files of the material you require (subject to availability).
Step 3. open the downloaded torrent file(s) with the utorrent app you had downloaded earlier start the download dont worry the interface is intuitive.
Step 4. Depending on how good your bandwidth is, how many seeds or leeches you will have your material in secs, minutes, hours even months... so patience.

international lawyers want to sue him for using Torrent software to download copyrighted music? Now that's an elephant. I once went to a cyber and the owner was saying they may receive request to 'detain' a guy downloading copyrighted music. What is the worst that can happen to a Kenyan, like your pal?

Regarding cost, a Season is about 8 gb & Safcom charges per mb depending on the bundle .... do the math.
