Chwele is actually a very good market, but I understand that area has no major bank, serious hotels etc. That is where some of The Enterprise comes in but still not convinced that is the reason for the land buying. Coz from Chwele it's either Mt. Elgon or Malava/Malaba border to UG. Passed a big hotel being built, I understand it belongs to the gofana of bg county. @Mawinder, do we buy the rumour? If it is land buy as you can practise serious agriculture i.e dairy, horticulture, floriculture etc but for the plots in market places in my opinion they are over priced!!!!!!
