I HAVE AQUIRED THIS MACHINE WITH THE FOLLOWING IDEA IN MIND.
CONVERT IT TO A SAFARI VAN
SECOND USE IT FOR PRIVATE HIRE
AND THIRD IS TO USE IT AS A MATATU SHUTTLE.
I NEED YOUR ADVICE. THE MOST VOTES I WILL FOLLOW.

@matatu man what do you mean,everyone come from a certain point. am ready to invest the minibus is parked at my place and mwangi is waiting for the monthly deduction as it has some loan. i need those who are trading is tour company or private hire or the transport shuttle area to share their genuine opinion here so that we can all help each other

good weekend everyone.. If it's asset financing you must have insured the van comprehensively hence it's not a cheap acquisition. You need to make up your mind fast. Where is your heart? In matatu (daily and hectic) or tour business(This could be seasonal)? The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.
