Nataka ku - import kondoo breed from abroad - what will i require inorder to do this?

Surely no wazuan has any info to assist this brother who is always willin to help??

@Mjuaji, why not Call up the Vet Department and enquire what the procedures are and customs issues. I know a friend who came back from kwa kina @Kiash with horse but now this is different from a Kondoo!!!

There was a programme i saw the other day sijui kama its young rich or Mkulima something. The guy talked about bringing some cattle breed from Holland labda you can find out from him . But he said it was so difficult.

Contact the vet dept quarantine services (Kabete/Muguga) since they issue permits for animal movements across international borders. Instead of bringing in live animals, the alternative would be to import embryos of the breed you want and these can be implanted on local animals.
