I have seen a big difference fueling at Shell vs the others with performance per liter. And here I had identified Shell Adams as my new potential supplier. That idea is now dead in the water! Shell Junction it is...

Me too. I always seem to get more mileage per litre when I fuel at Shell. I prefer Shell Mp-Shah and the Shell opposite Oil Libya/The Mall in Westlands.

At this rate it's all of them. I went to Total Uthiru some time back and the guys steal from you blind. They do not clear the pump and if you are fueling an amount similar to that displaying on the pump, they just put the thing in your tank (ha... that sounds bad). One idiot tried to play me there but I had seen that the pump was reading 500 so he just topped up and I laughed until he was embarrassed and added the rest. I called Total HQ to complain and there was nothing they could do. It was beyond them, so I stopped fueling at Total.

BBI will solve it

Total and oilibia stations have never appeared on that list. They monitor all the distribution and retail.

My advice wachana na hizo mapeni kidogo unawachiwa kwa litre

Be careful with the Total on Waiyaki Way near ABC. Someone just narrated how his fleet of 8 cars were messed up after choosing them as a supplier for sometime.

From my experience, there is absolutely no difference in mileage when I fuel at shell Hurligham vs Total hurligham. I think this fuel save business is just a gimmick. I have filled at both stations to full tank and ran till empty then refilled and calculated total litre used vs the distance covered and the figures are the same. Anothe proof is that at half tank, I am at 450km with either fuel source.

Happened to me.
The vehicle just stopped around kangemi( was headed for ssome wedding in nyahururu). Little did i know it was a big problem. When i got hold of my mech, i was told that discs/plates had been badly damaged, so the engine had a slight knock.
Damage? i had two options:
1. Replace the discs/plates at a cost of around 55k.
2. Replace the entire engine( NZE) at a cost of 65k.

went for the latter.

On the stations to avoid, Kenol on Rabai road( between Uhuru Junction and Buru Ph. 1. "Fuelled" air , i noted after a distance of like 500m, went back, told them but denied blatantly. Went back on a different day, caught the attendant red handed. Blasted him, had the car fuelled, and never went back.

People avoid Total Mbagathi way near T-Mall, Total Uthiru, Shell gikomba their fuel is crap. Also avoid Total Hamza they sold me second hand oil for my truck. Bad fuel will either destroy your engine or plugs and for diseal nozzles.
