making a final decision in settling this matter of a place to call home is really difficult.
i have visited most places and still not yet, some plots have no titles others are having court cases ,. but am hopeful the true experts of wazua will definitely sort me out,

Depends on where you are buying and who is selling? Some have while others, especially subdivisions don't.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
