How about directly from China itself?
Who will deliver me one set?
You can get it from the link I've provided in my above comment. I've bought some stuff from that site before, most recently in June this year, and I've had no problems with them.
How do they deliver? Courier or post?
AliExpress is like a supermarket or a shopping mall that brings together different vendors under one roof. Thus, different vendors have different modes of delivery depending on the courier companies with whom they have a contract. Some will have multiple shipping options and it's up to the buyer to choose the cheapest or most convenient.
The very first time I shopped there (in 2012), I chose shipment by DHL and was very impressed by the service. I got my merchandise delivered in 4-days (!!) to my hometown (at a small fee, they have an arrangement with G4S for that). In the most recent one in June this year, I chose shipment by post. Was importing some satellite stuff for a pal. The goods were delivered to City Square post office within 5days. I didn't have to go in person, I just sent my pal to do it. There are some sellers who offer free shipping too so be on the lookout for that. This is what I used in June (I've seen that for this purpose they often partner with Hong Kong Post, EMS, China Post, Sweden Post, etc).
Incidentally, I've always paid via Western Union. AliExpress have an escrow kind of arrangement where the money is only released to the vendor once you as the buyer confirm that you have received the goods bought, that the goods are in good working condition, and that the goods delivered are indeed what you ordered.
