Regardless of all the positivity about this stock, which I believe is valid, the P/E is not low enough to excite me. As a disciplined investor, I will let this one pass purely because of its P/E. A successful man is not he who gets the best, it is he who makes the best from what he gets.

+ve- significant improvement in gross margin, reduction in financing costs -ve- Ksh10bn increase in repayables (there is a note that doesn’t account for 5bn for the movement), gross sales have tanked (almost 30% down), borrowings are only down Ksh2bn Still some way to go, but hopefully the market will recommend a BUY rating Sehemu ndio nyumba
