Those dirty scrap metal look-a-like landrovers are owned by the same ufisadi kwa wote, they are always very ready to tow your car.

without the police to debt collect for them now i can imagine them taking someone to court to recover towing charges and the person merely saying there was no consent and the vehicle was towed without their authority.

It was all in the news last night.
A lawyer got his car towed by those junk rovers after a slight accident...he refused to pay KES. 9,000 towing charge and sued the police plus the "towing company"...he won the case.
He set a whole new precedence to us drivers.
