I don't know why Toyota exports their vehicles to English speaking countries and don't bother to produce manuals in English, it's arrogance of some sort. I cannot understand them, I gave up on looking for the English Manual. I just use the car, period.

Toyota does produce English manuals. We generally get our cars from the Japanese used car market. Inevitably the manual is in the language of the first owner. If you choose to buy from Toyota Kenya or EX UK, the manual will be in English

Thanks @bizbyte
So, I suppose its a case of 'choices have consequences', I chose to buy ex-Japan, I get a manual in Japanese, I buy from Toyota Kenya or ex-UK I get English manual.

This is why your manual is no longer available

You know that Toyota you just spent several thousands on? You know how it’s missing the owners manual? Yeah, well it’s no longer linked here. Toyota needs more of your money. So you’ll have to buy it from them. I’m sorry.
