While at it, we should encourage current stars to seriously invest their cash while at their prime. Otherwise we will be helping thousands throughout. Stars who shone big during their heydays but have nothing to show for it. Stardom can only last such a short duration. If you dont make good use of it then it should not be a burden to anyone else. I empathise with Conje's case because it is an illness that probably was made worse by her career. But all musicians, runners, footballers, rugby players, and athletes in general should make hay while the sun shines. Fate may only smile with you once. And for the rest of us... if the gods should cause you to come across some good fortune, either by a stroke of luck and preparedness or sheer hard work, please remember that there will be cloudy days ahead. Use it well. It may be your last chance to a bight future, Or your first chance to a gloomy life ahead.
