Sad.

C&P
I suffer from psoriasis. It's ravaged my body since I was 8. At its worst my plaques look like leprosy. I feel like a leper.

Before clicking on the link, I asked myself, 'Why, doesn't she know the way of mind, body and soul? Doesn't she know how to speak to her skin?' But then this whole matter turned to the body I now possess. And the more I read, the more I saw how I was avoiding healing.

The trickiest part is the mind. If one can just carve the key(s) to the human mind! Going to every nook and crook of the mind. Then certainly all healing would follow. There'd be neither death nor disease.

But this isn't a sad story @Jaggernaut. It's a happy one. Maybe sombre and reflective but definitely happy.

Amazing how someone can suffer in silence yet everyone else adores and loves the way she looks and talks...I know I did. Very inspiring

that is on strong lady, to wake up everyday and smile for cameras!!! much respect

ION I am currently reading a book on autoimmune diseases where the author self-infected with hook worms in an attempt to cure his psoriasis. They isolate the worms from a 'donor' then apply them on the patient's anus using a wet bandage. The little worms crawl up his insides Pray Pray Pray Pray #yadunianimengi

This is due to toxins in the body - basically the gut.
That is why she had to go on a special diet.

The long term solution is fermented foods.
Kefir is a good start. Fermented vegetables is another.

Psoriasis occurs when the process by which the body produces skin cells is accelerated. Skin cells are normally made and replaced every three to four months, but in psoriasis this process only lasts about three to seven days. The resulting build-up of skin cells is what creates the patches associated with psoriasis.

Although the process is not fully understood, it is thought the increased production of skin cells is related to a problem with the immune system. The immune system is your body's defence against disease and infection, but in people with psoriasis it attacks healthy skin cells by mistake.

All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

This is the best role model for Kenyan women. She works hard and doesn't have a single annoying bone on her. She is courageous and everything she has she has worked for.

Now compare her to the commercial women we are told to follow....That one from capiro and the other one who's opinion is everything is just fine while being beaten every weekend.

This lady and Gina Din are the real deal.
