This is my feeling as well coz prices in Kenya are unreal. That said, i get the way the buyer thought of this. The 9 acres can fetch at least 36 pcs of 0.25 acre each. The price per piece is then Ksh 21.25 m. At this price you can sell in L Kabete. If you develop, the figure multiplies. A house on similar acreage may go for 100 m. So this is a very good investment. They can earn three times the investment in about 3 years. These are the deals that transform one from millionaire to billionaire!
