Drills should show best scenerio not ineptitude. I disagree, drills are meant to gauge how ready you are to such a situation, then use the experience to build on. The company I work for has regular drills and I can guarantee you the first one we ever did was messy but now we have the hang of it and I would say better prepared. We are perfectionists. Get it right first time or GET OUT! You see @Kratios,the difference is that while your drill is meant for training and awareness, the KICC drill was to showcase organisation and preparedness of the emergency services. WHO DARES WINS
