40m!!! That's over US$450k. No offense mate but personally would not that kind capital in a penthouse, especially in Kilimani as I live here. It is better to invest in Downtown Dubai.

@Tgoldman,I think u need to consider R.O.I factor before thinking otherwise. @ Kihara,I am not so sure about the size in Sqft but i can confidently say it has: inverters for back up, very lovely green lawns, a pool, gym and very secure. it's currently unfurnished attracting kshs.200,000 monthly rent.
