@Essie, KNH is a big problem. Ministers for health including the current CS Macharia, Ayang Nyongo, Ngilu etc have tried to reform KNH. Unless they privatise it, there's no hope in a turnaround.
That's why 600 patients are going to India every month for treatment that could otherwise be done locally.
Private hospitals are for the rich. If you are poor you are dead.
