They have AGM to ratify the Rights issue on Monday 28.07.204. When are they likely to announce the details of the rights issues; how many shares, ratio of rights, price etc?

This may or may not be a profitable rights issue by NIC, with their price collapses every now and then, they are not a liked share, but their pricing of the rights may swing the pendulum if they dangle a good one.

Agree.....there is lethargy surrounding this share don't think this rights issue will be as successful as the last one....plus luke warm half year results will not help..
