There is a serious development of what looks like beautiful homes but I cannot get access to whoever is behind it. Am interested in owning one, pls help because I've gone there four times but gates are usually locked and the chance I get to talk to guys on the ground, they just say they don't have any info or they cannot talk.

The site is at uthiru roundabout, coming from ILRI, its on your way to town on the left, just next to where star busses drops pax.
