I own 1 acre piece in Kikambala, Mombasa; 4th beach row, perimeter chain-link and kayapple fence with concrete poles, gated,70ft borehole, piped fresh water connection, 5 bedroom maisonette ( roughly about 1/3 constructed so far) electricity connected, 150,000 ltr underground tank, 25 ft overhead concrete water tank tower, 50 ash oak trees around the farm, permanent farm pit latrine, banana, fruit and maize growing section and poultry housing. Valued in October last year and came up to 9.6m. I want to trade with (sell) this piece and get a 2-bedroom apartment in mombasa, 2 bedroom apartment in Nairobi and 1/4 acre piece of land suitable for flats in future. Can we do any business?

@kobiad77, I doubt you get a trade in. Why don't you say you want to sell. I will care less what you do with the money. Anyway, wish you good prospects.
