Hello members,what are some of the benefits an emlpoyee should demand for if he/she is terminated without warning?especially if the employee is still on probation.

i think When on probation you are actually not an "employee" but on trial for suitability until confirmed. So you only get paid for the days you have actually worked. But people on contracts basis are rarely ever put on probation.
