It looks creatively done. Its 100km from CBD. Such a project needs to be enjoined to some commercial viability eg tourism, farming, mining etc to prevent a Kisaju Jamii bora situation.
Eg Sergoit makes sence as a tourist/athlete/golf destination.

Do you know homex?

Apart from the info on the media with the namamga project, i hav never heard of them before.
Am in the initial stages of planning a similar project in Namanga for a client .

Was in Namanga recently and saw that the project is located somewhere midway btw kajiado and namanga just past the katown called Bisil.
