A spacious three bedroom (96sqm) going for 1.8M, which takes 14 days to put up.

The house is said to be fire retardant, water proof, sound proof and with superior heat insulation

- Has anyone on Wazua used it?
- How cheaper is it compared to the normal stone/brick house
- Are the walls firmer than normal stones/bricks

I've been following it from the start to completion on Day 16. I lost interest when they quoted the price.

Wajameni, 200,000 houses annually means at least 600,000 persons annually are a homeless. Where are these figures obtained from? Reality or Marketing gimmick?

Good luck getting info from them. Maybe they have so much business they just don't care about getting more. Who knows!
