So today I've been reading something from Women’s Health Magazine & its too good not to share.

It’s all about inventive bedroom tweaks that will give volcanic results and leaves you with spine-tingling satisfaction.

Upgrade GoT (gal on top) as shown below:






1. Reverse Cowgirl: allows for some serious G-spot stimulation and gives the freedom to let the fingers wander to his/her hot spot...
