I have seen this advert lately in K24 about some plots in Thika 30kms from thika town by Thuo properties, 1/4 acre going for 35,000/=, could anyone be having more info leading to we buy or don't? @least this is affordable to some small fish like me.

You can just try to keep watching K24. It runs a lot of times on the K24 classified. The total amount of land available is 1200 acres. Viewing the land will be this sato and you pay 1,000 bob if you need transport. Other groups have already visited the place. The ad says that the offer is available till Christmas.
