Price of land in kiserian-around picnic site, oletipis.

Hey guys. I received a quote of 700k for an 1/8 in Kiserian just opposite Oletips/picnic site. The land has a title. What I need to know is the general range of land prices in that area. Any one with the info?
Patience. You cannot have a baby in one month by impregnating nine women....

How far from the road?Directly opposite the main gate?I swear dunia inaisha...

Thing is.... in that 1st km people have built and settled. on the last 500 mtrs there are 3 or so newly built houses . Water is available and elec runs right across the land... Of course I would want a cheaper price but where?

That's rily pricey...I agree with Kamundu ni mbali kidogo...had a professional valuation done on a piece of land situated before St.Patrick's,kunde road,it came to around 7m per acre and that's an extremely well built area...but all said and done itafika hiyo bei very soon.
