Good move for Sameer and Merali as well as local manufacturing. As for the minority shareholders, I think the deal is of little benefit.

Merali doesn't like to share and the minority shareholders may not benefit much from this arrangement.

Volumes building up on the trading floor.speculators will definitely benefit ,@8bob and on a PE of 5.5 there is still some headroom on this one
