Reading about these techniques and strategies by the NSA and others serve to give me insights about social networks.

So far, the argument you seem to be presenting is equivalent to 'people shouldn't own property because robbers abound'.

You are putting words, arguments, in my mouth. Forcing, even.

However, I relish and savor the concession that indeed you are now getting insights about social networks - that you were most likely unaware of earlier.

My point.

I had actually read about these links earlier, and my posts so far had been informed by them.

Then look at the thread's title: what's it about?

About ignorance, there's plenty of ignorance surrounding me, that's how I get my work. At least I know this.

Ok.

Though this particular link is hardly 24 hours old.

Anyway, back to topic.

Yes, the sociology and anthropology of social media. Total population control. The creation of automatons.

Actually, it's @symbols link that may be a day old. The path of links extends further than a day. Time is multi-linear in social networks.

Social networks are indeed important in automation. Like now robotics is gaining prominence and use. Robots and cybernetic organisms will enhance solutions to life's conditions.
