First, let me clarify that we are no football experts! Also, we are not here to commiserate with the Brazil soccer team, and neither are we here to praise the Germans. Instead, we wanted to draw some inspiration from the memorable game that you, the entrepreneur, could use in your day-to-day life. Here we go…

Good ones @Wordsmith10

Lesson 1: Spot an opportunity, strike it!
When you spot an opportunity, don’t just strike it once, strike twice, thrice and on and on until you strike gold!

Lesson 2: Team work, not one man show
Tip: Don’t be the Neymar of your business, build a team around your company so it doesn’t crumble in case you get an “injury”.

Lesson 3: Growth is all about strategy
Tip: Don’t just think about today and tomorrow, rather focus on where you want to be 5 years down the line.

Lesson 4: Don’t fear failure
Tip: Entrepreneurship isn’t a matter of life and death, don’t operate with the “I don’t want to make a loss” mentality.

Lesson 5: Don’t be selfish
Tip: Pass the ball to Mesut Ozil, allow him the chance to score too!
Lolest!

Experience in your team is a great asset. Getting young inexperienced players is good, but mix them with some experienced ones

5 better lessons every startup should learn from the German football team... http://www.prsuit.com/featured2...rn-german-football-team/

1) Determination.
They never quit, they fight one battle after another, one match after another, and they never throw the towel.

2) Learning from the competition.
Having a bocquet of multi-ethnic players was not the only thing Germany learnt from the competition. When tiki-taka proved itself as winning football technique, the German greatest football club, Bayern Munich hired one of the scholars of this modern technique

3) Flexibility.
"Release fast, release often, and iterate".
Joachim Löw changed the formation of his squad so many times before he picked the 23 players who are going with him to Brasil.

4) Keeping all eyes on the goal.
In the German football federation building, you will find a picture of the famous Maracana stadium in Rio De Janeiro.

Everyone in the German football team, the players, the managers, even the physicians kept an eye on where they are going, what their goal is, and kept visualizing how they would get there, to that stadium, and nowhere else but it

5) Seize all opportunities, score all goals, be limitless.
They scored 5 goals in the first half an hour against Brasil. They did not stop there. They kept going
