A car without doors, engine, wheels is hardly an "entire car", but that is a simple, stupid and unnecessary point. Forgive me for it.

Haraam (e.g) pork can become halal in exceptional circumstances.

If there is absolutely no other halal food available and the Muslim is forced by necessity e.g. he is starving, then he is allowed to eat non-halal food e.g. pork and bacon.

2:173
Quote:
He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah . But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

6:119
Quote:
And why should you not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned while He has explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you, excepting that to which you are compelled. And indeed do many lead [others] astray through their [own] inclinations without knowledge. Indeed, your Lord - He is most knowing of the transgressors.

Back to Daniel shortly.

Mashallah!!!! I wish I could write as clearly and as simply as you Applause Applause

I ask Allah (Almighty God) that you'll always find truth, and that GOD Almighty Guide you to total submission His will. Ameen.

Thank you Alphdoti.

I appreciate that you pray for me. I am humbled.

There is nowhere I have read about Soviet Russia in the bible. All you might have heard about Soviet Russia that it is prophesied in the bible and what not is a red herring. A distraction and a deception.

Then Daniel sees another vision and prophecy that gives more details to the first one.

(a) a lion with eagle's wings that were plucked off

(b) a bear raised up on one side with 3 ribs in its mouth

(c) a leopard with 4 wings and 4 heads

(d) a terrible beast with iron teeth and 10 horns of which 3 are uprooted by a little horn that grows and speaks against God.

(e) As the little horn was doing its thing here on earth some event was happening in heaven where books were opened and seats placed for some sitting session. The judgment was set.

More details added to information of that earlier statue.

(a) The lion was Babylon whose wings were plucked off and his strength weakened before defeat to the Medes and Persians. History says Babylon lasted 605-539 BC.

(b) The bear was Medes and Persians with the Persians who were superior to the Medes hence raised up on one side. The three ribs are the 3 kingdoms it conquered - Lydia, Egypt and Babylon. History says this lasted 539-331 BC.

(c) The leopard, known for its speed, was Greece under Alexander the Great and its rapid conquests of the known world then. The 4 heads are the 4 successors to Alexander - Lysimachus, Cassander, Ptolemy and Seleucus and the respective divisions of Greece. History says Greece lasted 331-168 BC.

Which Bible mentions Muhammad and how has it become a Muslim issue free from corruption?

@symbol, which Bible do you use?

smile

Net Bible.

You mean you just search on Internet? It's okay, I just hope you don't end up in false site one day.

Now, what does your Net Bible say about Muhammad?

According to @Muriel, the Bible has so many things to say about the rise of Soviet Russia, about the last Days, even bout the Pope of the Roman Catholic. There must be something about Muhammad (pbuh).

Please tell me.

It's a bible.

It was your claim that Islam worships exactly like the prophets which I think is impossible if you don't have a Sabbath. What happened to the 4th commandment and Qur'an being consistent with previous scripture?

About the camels,at least you've acknowledged Islam goes against the Torah but now the argument is

Now I'm amazed. You want me to prove your claim that Muhammad was mentioned by name in the Bible? It's even more interesting that you mention Muhammad considering on this very thread you said you only use the Bible on Christian issues.

confusion, discombobulation!

Before I would have agreed but I have my suspicion it's something else.Time will tell.

I guess Muslims are special. Or like to be treated as special beings. While watching World Cup with some Muslims, they kept pointing out to me Muslims in the different teams from Ozil, Ahmed Musa, Rais, Benzema...

My friend, incidentally called Mohammedsmile , believes the World has not seen a better goal keeper than Rais of Algeria. Never mind Tim Howard of USA has made history by the number of saves per match in 50 years

I have watched WC with these guys but I've never seen them so passionate(and heartbroken) about a team like they were for Algeria.

Same here in wazua. Muslims feel you must be online when they want you to be. They will log in and post when they're ready but you will log in and post when they want...

<other text removed for different topic>

@lonest, what is wrong with one being passionate about something? Doesn't everyone have passion for something and someone?

Your hate for Islam and Muslims indicates you have an inherent problem. Please debate issues with facts rather than hate.

The people you hate are making a difference to some people: Ghana's player Sulley Muntari!!! He handed out money to disadvantaged Brazilians. He went to some of the poorest communities in Brazil. One report says he was handing out as mush as $160 (sh14,000) to each person he encountered.

Eventually local Police asked him to stop!

So football is for everyone
And everybody has a reason why they support their football team. I'm sure you too spend so much time, money and effort to follow your favourite "foreign", team. In other matches, do you patriotically support "one of your own?", e.g. Gor Mahia?

True fans follow "their own", not the "colonisation" of minds by former ruler.

Just like somebody said, some of you Kenyans don’t even teach their children mother tongues! Some even twist their mouths and tweng in unnatural manner in a misguided attempt to sound like they were born in the foreign country.

You will say Kenyan teams are so down
...but that is okay. I don't blame you for supporting foreign teams, because I know you want to embrace excellence. Support your choice, but don't envy someone who supports whoever he chooses. If Moha your friend chooses to support Algeria, and is passionate about it, that is his choice... he is supporting his "brothers" in Islam. So nothing wrong with that.

IMPORTANT:ONE BOOK WRITTEN AGAINST ISLAM EVERYDAY
A Christian surveyor, Professor Edward reported in the TIME Magazine of April 16, 1979 that in a span of 150 years, from 1800 CE to 1950 CE over 60,000 books have been written against Islam. It works out to more than one book against Islam everyday.
