We can see from above verse that Samaria is the older sister of Jerusalem. The Bible recognises this. Jerusalem is a very old city and Samaria is even older.

Read it properly. My quote disputes your errorneous quoting of the Quran. I said Chapter 20 verse 95 says: "(Moses) said: 'What then is your case, O Samari?'". Do you see any "samaritan" in that verse?
