Hi wana'wazua',


Kindly advice on the estimates of building a flats 2 storey with 2 bedrooms .I am thinking of atleast 3 units on the ground floor and 3 more on the next floor.

Your advice will be highly appreciated

Well th@ depends wit many things lyk where u want 2build,the xtent 2which the land is serviced and the built up area.we havd different rates 4diff. areas,4instance in nai the l8est rates r btw.kshs.27 & ksh.30.

There has been a change in price levels of land in those areas in the recent past due to the sorrounding developments.As soon as i update my information ill get back to you on the exact asking prices of these areas
