That depends. For public services or access areas like transport, health, document processing, yes I would. But I wouldn't raise a stink cause you will not admit me or serve me a beer or food in your posh bar or restaurant. I will simply walk away and leave you to your European guests. I have finite time and energy.
It is your money and your feet. They are powerful weapons, use them. There are plenty of excellent places where they have the right attitude. Give those guys business instead. Too many times people feel they have to be with the in-crowd, and since this crowd favors this or that place, they barge into places where they are not wanted.
Stand your ground if you want to see change in future. This is retrogressive behaviour.
It's better to be treated bad in a foreign land but not on my motherland.
You must give me a valid reason why I should hate myself to allow somebody/a race to look down on me.Sijafika hapo na sita.
Look here quicksand,as long as there is no notice on the door prohibiting blacks from entering, you deserve to be served just like the rest.
With a notice in place,I wouldn't have entered so just serve me cz I am paying.
Honestly even if they offered to serve me I wouldn't eat out of fear of what they may have put on the food. Ni kuandikisha tu statement.
See like the pool incident? in our mara? c'mmon,
Some hotel workers have over time been brainwashed to feel/think inferior and want to pass that inferiority rubbish to their black clients.
Advice them that black is not a communicable disease and they still need me outside of mara.
If you don't tell them who will? their employers? they are sick,so why do you wanna join them? Offer to break the bad cycle not to complete it.
I would wait for the 'special guests' to begin swimming then jump in with force to announce my black presence and watch them scatter while screaming.
Then I will have the pool all to myself:)
I know that such guests make their racist demands known before booking and the management plays along but cannot notify us 'nyeuthi'.
Shauri ya Management, I am a special black being.
