The share at 4.55 is a good stock in long run.

Coming from a 'Hello' who just registered to post this!!! Mmmmhh! How much did you buy the stock at? 25??
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Maybe someone was sold a fake 'market tip' and now wants to spread it?..or perhaps you right, so when should "We" expect the market announcement for this deal?
Home Afrika chairman Lee Karuri said that the company will provide technical and financial input while its partner will provide land.
Not exactly fake market tip, but the details given by the chairman are very sketchy. He could not even disclose the name of the partner.

Good point but lets try and keep the sarcastic language in check.

@VVS well put. Ogas might just milk the remaining until the the "cow"(hafrk) dries up. The mngmnt need approach with care. Mungatana, Wamalwa and few other mpigs have been bankruptied by 'these' brodas......

No wonder mbuses always leave wazuans at the stage still disputing over the fare!

Just because a stock fell from 25 to 4 bob it will never be good and its information will never be true!

What kind of stone age investing are wazuans displaying?... Im disappointed!

@Guru wazuans are just turning this company inside out so that while you board a mbus you know what timeliness and targets to set. Usishangae the "wazuans" you're saying have more shares in HAFRK than you! @this 4.55 as put earlier is a bargain for 100% + gains but accept you need STEEL balls

The patriotic Kenyan in me is wondering - is kenyan capital being used to alleviate a housing shortage in a far away galaxy, or is capital just following the money?

No wonder. I saw this share rally and searched the net for good news to no avail.

The details are very sketchy though. It's hard to estimate anything. I'd only put my money in it for speculation.

I'd say that this deal, if the execute it right, would definitely make the company better than it is currently. What the prospective figures are, I have no idea.
There are too many opportunities all around. Open your eyes and maybe you'll spot one

1 Billion Kshs project is like nothing. Centum is doing a 60 billion project right here in Kenya. That 1B could just be the cost of 5 houses in Ikoyi given how expensive real estate is in Nigeria.
