Nahh.IT work was already underway at the Handling Facility that was to handle their cargo.
Then one afternoon they wrapped up everything and disappeared.
That was just an excuse @MatataMingi, after a while they said that JKIA is very close to Somalia for their comfort. Terminal 4 is coming up well. KQ will have its own departures terminus which was a brilliant idea. I only wish they can fly direct to Canada its still in North America.
Hiyo sahau. We have busy routes and I don't think that canada is one of them.esp outbound.
Kenya flower/fruit exporters supplying to direct markets in the US,Japan,Russia,Australia etc feel the pinch over these flight routes cz they face very stiff competition from South America.
Hata price doesn't favour them unlike their S.American counterparts.
