The country's Attorney General, Frederick Werema, however said it is not wrong for the airline or any other party to use Mount Kilimanjaro as a business symbol “because Tanzania has not taken out a patent for the mountain”.

“It is true there is such a plane moving around with images of Mount Kilimanjaro, but there is no problem because the mountain can also be viewed from Kenya’’ he said.

The AG added that there were a number of factors that had to be considered as far as ownership of property was concerned. They include copyright, trademark and patent.

CASE CLOSED!

Anyone who isn't satisfied with this 'ruling' should patent the Mt. halafu haiweke curtains such that we can't see it from Wundanyi and anywhere else.

Soneone should inform the Kaka brazas that we have criminal gangs in Kisumu called American Marines and China, yet the U.S and Chinese don't discuss about it in parliament.

Do they also know that the side opposite the main dias in most Kenyan stadia is called Russia?

Tanzanians seem to suffer from a ka-complex when it comes to Kenya. Tanzanian internet forums are usually packed with bitter discussions, analysis and resentment of Kenya that can leave you in stitches. Its a strangely intense obsession you will not see with any of our neighbors including Somalia where KDF is present. What's interesting is that discussions on Tanzania are rare among Kenyans or in Kenyan forums. Dont know but I suspect it has something to do with hard feelings following the collapse of the original EAC in 1977.

KQ is not the only one with a plane called Kilimanjaro. But dont expect them to make noise on this one.

'Amboseli National Park'

'City of Nairobi'

All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Those follows can be petty. Whenever they meet Ugandans all they talk of nonstop is how they liberated Uganda from Idi Amin Dada.

.... which according to her, misleads tourists that Mt Kilimanjaro is in Kenya.

But the mt.is visible from Kenya.
So do they also confuse the serengeti and mara? We share the wild.
Or do we mark our beasts and zebras, K',so there's no cross border?

c'mmon tz.

They must be really idle. KLM just named a plane "City of Nairobi" Are the dutch trying to steal our city? BK!
