Quantum mechanics is full of weird intrigues. My favorite is entanglement or, as Einstein derisively termed it, 'spooky action at a distance.'

By any kind of logic, entanglement should not be possible. Yet the Canadians have just used this principle to build the first working model of a quantum computer.

but let's agree that science is the best method of coming to a conclusion out of all methods tried out before. the great thing in what people call the scientific method is that it has inbuilt controls and thus when more evidence is found, it invalidates itself and comes with a better solution. I guess we can say scientific findings are ever coming asymptotically close to what is 'real' as opposed to everything else we have tried.
