Those horns shall be blamed for poaching and anybody having it shall be declared an enemy of security for pretending to be a rhino. Only Rhinos should have a horn in front, he shall declare. Kabla LSK iende kortini zile hobgo polisi watakuwa wamechukua, each a turn.
