Gentlemen, one would think the leaders elect themselves. I think they are a perfect reflection of the Kenyan today - the way we drive, we bribe, we discriminate; the way we're tribal, or disregard our heritage, or disrespect our institutions... you get the idea Hear hear!!! Do the leaders also put a gun to your head to follow them no matter how stupid and idiotic their words? It's the sheeple who are the problem

Yes. How, where, what and why should we be "judged" seeing that "we" have judged no one "ourselves"?

who really cares what future generations think about us? we need to do what is beneficial to us and consequently it will benefit them - let's stop thinking about future generations or the US or UK. We as a country need to act TODAY! to solve our problems or atleast begin solving them. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

'Confuse', being a transitive verb, is easily transformed into passive constructions - a fact of grammar that is not unknown - especially when used in the present perfect, past perfect, future perfect and present progressive tenses. Hence, it is indeed left to the imagination to hear 'I'm confused.' from brother. Slick!

Mbroo what happened to your Diary - This Politics, war, tribal chants, incompetent government and confused opposition is driving me nuts. The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

Muriel wrote:Yes. H ow, where, what and why should we be "judged" seeing that "we" have judged no one "ourselves"? Muriel, Allow me to disagree. We are passing judgement every time we rush to point fingers. Every time we set aside our superior intellect and wade into the gutter. Every time we join a race to the bottom, as if there was a prize for the one who will be first to destroy this beautiful country. That said, I hope there is some adult supervision in our house of leaders, seeing as we seem to all think that this is where our salvation lies. Otherwise, when Kenya truly burns the fire will not distinguish between tribe, religion or political party. Ask most of our neighbors. "The opposite of a correct statement is a false statement. But the opposite of a profound truth may well be another profound truth." (Niels Bohr)

Our sycophancy to our leaders is so high is a sad state of affairs. For all divides the so called ‘leaders’ are always the best and does no wrong while the ‘other side’ is always evil and upto no good. With this we will need another 30-50 years to change us to be men and women who think of Kenya 1st and other matters (tribal) last. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

And self knowledge is a matter of how much time is spent working out the conflicts in the mind. So the more one works, the less the confusion.

And such dissonance is simply a call to work. Though linguistic manipulation to 'cover up' experience is one strategy of work, I prefer the 'logic' route which tends to reveal. Illuminate.

If we're all one, what's the point? No winners or losers. No one gets hurt or rewarded. No need to care for it's just a game.No confusion or cognitive dissonance. No good or evil.Nothing but the one.
