I have been working for a multinational outside kenya for the last 4years. Its a good job in terms of pay & long term benefits , my only problems is the bosses. I have to put up with shouting,scolding and mistreatment from the boss. The collegues also are not very pleasing and also the fact almost all are from Asia, and have to speak their local languages 'all the time'.
Am kinda stuck up coz am not getting any good positions and getting a job in kenya while away is not easy.Just how do you deal with such bosses, the irritating type.
If a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich.
