Having a gun is far from being armed or safe. But knowing yourself and your enemy is being armed and being safe.

In the past 4 weeks, there have been 4 shootings in my neighbourhood, 6 robberies with violence.

This coupled with all the major terrorist attacks around the country are making me feel very nervous.

I want a gun, I want to purchase it officially, and I want licensing to be easy.

If the police cannot keep me safe, then I have the right to keep myself and my family safe.

I don't care about Ole dumbo, nor do I care my President drives around in a cash-in-transit car.

I WANT TO BE SAFE.

Any person who knows the licensing procedure for getting a gun ?

You must have been too young post PEV, no?

I simply asked a question , my age has nothing whatsoever to do with it.

People asked that question...and later figured out what @Ngong has aptly summarized.

Get Jesus Christ instead.

Therein lies the elephant in room. My station is Spring Valley Police Station, reputed to be the most corrupt in Kenya.

In the Constitution, do we not have the right to defend ourselves?

The issue for me is not even the right....the issue is are you sure a gun is the best tool to protect yourself?
