This is a grave problem. It shows how the citizen has absconded all responsibility to the State and the other citizen. And it's not just in Kenya. Americans are presently receiving Sgt. Bergdahl, a soldier said to be fond of reading, and thinking, who found himself so assailed that he questioned his citizenship.
