It is unlikely a rights issue be done below IPO price . I see a strategic investor coming in.
Kengen is really screwed. A strategic investor will also request a discount over the market price of the shares
i think government should stop the jokes and take charge of these big infrastructure projects to develop the economy. it should not be the responsibility of shareholders to strungle on how to generate power. anyway how do other countries manage
