Hi Wazuans, Does anyone know the price ranges for plots along this road near Kiserian? I have an offer of 2 acres for 5M touching this road - 5Km from Ilmasin primary school. Is it a rip off or a good offer? https://www.google.co.ke...gYAH&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAg

The price given is the price for land on the tarmac on pipeline road areas and not Illmasin. The Illmasin prices are skewed as there are many mzungus akina Richard Leakey, with big tracks in the area. Place is also very dry. @Rahatupu, check your mail to find the requested info. What is the approximate cost/expenses of sub-division (to 1/4s)and obtaining the titles?
